Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the overall strategy and vision of generating sales and growing institutional client/investor base

Own the development and implementation of sales/client growth business plans
-
Identify growth opportunities through own network in financial industry and experience in institutional sales

Market new listings and offerings, internal and external inclusive; and promote trading activity
-
Generate fee incomes through direct client relationships and financial intermediary collaborations
-
Acquire clients/investors from traditional financial industry and emerging crypto/digital assets space. Potential clients/investors include, but are not limited to FIs, hedge funds, family offices, HNWIs and financial intermediaries

Responsible for all sales tasks, including leads generation, pipeline management, pitching, transaction closure, sales liaison and ongoing accounts management

Lead and manage a team to execute the agreed business plans and be accountable for the functional performance against periodical targets

Work as a member of business development taskforce to align sales and business goals for the company's overall corporate development

Collaborate with different internal teams at a relatively flat corporate structure

Contribute to and play a part in ad-hoc tasks or projects
Experience & Skills:
-
University degree or advanced qualification
-
10+ years of FI sales experience with 3+ years managing team

Demonstrate track record in growing sales and client base at reputable FIs

In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial market and investment products

Solid reputation and extensive network with the ability to connect to decision makers or senior leaderships of clients/investors/financial intermediaries

Demonstrate ability to build trust with clients/investors/financial intermediaries
-
Experience built on the sales of traditional financial products such as equities, fixed incomes, FX or funds. Experience in crypto/digital assets is preferable but not a must

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in verbal and written English

Accustomed to Western culture and adaptive to multi-tasks environment at startups
