Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of CRM strategy with the aim of building brand loyalty, incremental revenue and member engagement while serve as the subject matter expert to advise, guide and train internal stakeholders on related topics.
  • Support the business development team by preparing pitch decks and supplementing with external data sets that set out the business case.
  • Scale business development functions with CRM and automation of pipeline management process.
  • Story tell with sales kits for customer onboarding and relationship management utilising internal and external data to supporting a data driven approach to business development.
  • Visualise and engage customers to enquire and utilise our products and services through our data.
  • Manage the CRM structure, architecture, life cycle, and data integrity to support the sales funnel and customer engagement and retention.
  • Track core customer persona and platform metrics.
  • Report on our data to drive sales actions that convert more leads to customers and enhances customer engagement.
  • Advocate the use of data across the business partnering with stakeholders in pursuing data-driven business and marketing solutions
  • Mine and analyse data from our databases to drive optimisation / improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies

About the Role

  • Prefer locations: Hong Kong or Malaysia
  • Remote (Pan APAC) – digital first role working across APAC time zone and beyond are also welcomed. (for the right person).
  • Directly report to Chief Business Officer and will have exposure to EXCO
  • Ideal candidate should have experience working sales and business heads and developing CRM and data analytics in a data driven organisation.
  • Knowledge of digital assets and crypto currency markets with a background coming from traditional finance, fintechs, exchanges or trading environments (e.g. crypto or digital assets)
  • Understand the market trends and structure, in order to support the business strategy and business planning for crypto, digital assets, and security token business development efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, CFA, or any other related field. The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
  • Minimum 8 years proven track record working in sales analytics role.
  • Analytical and innovative self-starter with a solid understanding of CRM systems and database management processes
  • Strong time management skills, being able to multi-task and shuffle between projects while maintaining a meticulous eye for details
  • Strong visualisation skills to extract insights from our data.
  • The ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, and a process-focused aptitude to ensure the ability to execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables simultaneously.

  • Experienced with CRM platforms like sales force or similar
  • Python for data analysis and data visualisation
  • R for data visualisation
  • Graphing tools such as Neo4j
  • Tableau for data dashboard and reporting
