GRIP (DIFC) Ltd is an Investment Banking and Wealth Management firm established within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), licensed and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). Their primary activities include advising on financial products, arranging deals in investments, advising on credit, arranging credit and arranging custody services.
The Licence
GRIP (DIFC) Ltd is licensed by Fusang Exchange Ltd as a Listing Sponsor on the Fusang Exchange. The Licensee must at all times conduct its operations in accordance with the Rules of Exchange and any other regulations prescribed by Fusang Exchange Ltd for the activities authorised by this Licence.
