To qualify as a network member, the applying entity must be a reporting entity for Common Reporting Standard purposes, as well as being able to conduct AML/KYC on all account holders.

Type 2 Trading Agents
Each of our licensed trading agents is responsible for trading security tokens on behalf of third-party clients and/or for their own non-agency accounts. Agents act as the conduit to end-clients benefitting from secondary trading fee generation and spread trades.

Listing sponsors are able to develop new business through innovative deal origination via offering tokenised securities as an issuer’s capital raising exercise. Sponsors are also responsible for ensuring an issuers’ equity is tokenised and the listed entity remains in compliance with Exchange rules.
