SSTC is authorised by the Labuan Financial Services Authority to carry on Labuan Banking Business as defined under Section 86 of the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010. SSTC as a registered trust company provides full incorporation, registration and management services including provisions of resident directors and shareholders, registered office and full secretarial services to its clients.
