Thinkat Advisory Sdn Bhd was established with the aim of offering advisory services to corporates in addition to sponsoring companies seeking a listing on the LEAP Market and the Fusang Exchange. Thinkat Advisory aims to provide a highly personalized level of advice to business owners and top management for mapping out high-level corporate strategy. Other focus areas include mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, provision of financial advice for fundraising activities, independent advice opinions, valuations, business plans, and financial modelling.

Baxian Bank is licensed by Fusang Exchange Ltd as a Trading Agent on the Fusang Exchange. The Licensee must at all times conduct its operations in accordance with the Rules of Exchange and any other regulations prescribed by Fusang Exchange Ltd for the activities authorised by this Licence.
